Coring Week
Reminder that next week the course and clubhouse will be closed.  If the weather is kind, and the team gets their work done, we may open the course on Friday.

The practice fairway will be open all week, but balls will only be available for purchase on Monday.  On other days you will need to use your own balls – please ensure you collect them.

A bigger field than usual (42) included a group from Fairview Golf Club in a Stableford game that was also the first of the 3-game series between the Kiwi Allstars and the Rest of the World. Top individual scores were:

Next week is coring week so there is no Vet’s golf next Wednesday.  We will return to winter hours from the 17^th of April. So, cards in by 9.30am, tee off at 10.00am.

* To Roger Pace for his hard work on No: 4 over many years.

* Don't forget course closed next week and all volunteers available to help with coring would be appreciated.  Contact Swampy or Colin Gee, or turn up at the greenkeepers shed on Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday at 8am. Thanks.

* A big thanks to Ken and Jenny Shirley for cleaning up around the 5th tee. Cheers.
