OGC STRATEGIC PLAN DRAFT

Over the past few months, the club has engaged in a robust process to develop a new strategic plan.  The plan is an important document that will guide us and help make decisions for the club’s future, and in developing the annual business plan. 

We are pleased to now present a draft document (attached), and we would like feedback from members. 

The attached plan has been developed with the input from various members and stakeholders and has been approved by the Board to go to members. 

A Strategic Planning Working Group was formed and included:

We invite you to review the draft plan, and answer two questions:

What don’t you agree with in the plan?
What do you think is missing from the plan?

Please send your responses to manager@omokoroagolf.co.nz.  Submissions close on Wednesday 9 November at 5pm.  If we don’t hear from you, we will assume you are happy with the plan.
