Hello fellow golfers,
Just a quick note to let everyone know what’s happening regarding the fallen trees after last week’s storm.
Because it is storm damage, we are hopeful the cost of the cleanup should be covered by insurance... Therefore I need to get at least two quotes, and this has taken a little bit of time, as all the contractors are busy cleaning up storm damage all over the province.
Hopefully machinery will start arriving late Wednesday, and work will be carried out Thursday and Friday.
The bad news is that hole no:1, and no:3 will be played as par 3’s (adding one shot) for those days.
It is hoped the work will only take 2 days. Please be patient while we undertake this work.
We have also identified that a tree is rotten and needs to be removed on hole 1. This tree has been cordoned off and will be removed at the same time as the damaged trees
