Dear Members,

Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Omokoroa Golf Club Inc. will be held as follows:

Date: Tuesday, 25 August 2026
Time: 7.00 pm
Venue: New Clubhouse, Omokoroa Golf Club

The AGM provides members with the opportunity to review the Club’s activities and performance over the past year, receive reports from Club Officers, and participate in the election of Omokoroa Golf Club Officers.

Reminder: Officer Nominations

Nominations are invited for the following positions:

• 1 - Club President
• 1 - Club Captain
• 3 - Board Members

All nominations must be submitted to the Club no later than:

5.00 pm, Sunday 26 July 2026

Members are encouraged to consider contributing to the governance and success of the Club by standing for election.

AGM Agenda and Nominations

In accordance with Club requirements, the AGM Agenda will be published and made available to members on:

Tuesday, 4 August 2026

This will be 21 days prior to the AGM and will include:

• The formal AGM agenda
• A list of all valid nominations received for election

We encourage all members to attend and participate in this important event for our Club.
