This email serves as formal notice of a Special General Meeting (SGM) for all members with voting rights.

Agenda for the SGM
- The Board will update Members on Clubhouse development costs and the funding plan.
- Annual Subscriptions: Under rule 22 (d) of the Constitution ( 2024) it is moved that Member Annual Subscriptions for the 2026/27 financial year be approved as detailed in the attached schedule - Membership Subscriptions – motion to change 2026-7 subscription fees .
- Approval of Constitution and Reregistration under the Incorporated Societies Act 2022 - Under rule 37 of the Constitution (2024) it is moved that the Club adopt a replacement compliant Constitution as attached (Version 5 05/02/2026) and apply for reregistration under the Incorporated Societies Act 2022.

A draft of the new constitution and the proposed membership fees are attached. These documents are being provided well in advance of the meeting so that members have adequate time to review the information
