Many thanks to everyone who helped to make theNew Years Eve tournamenta great success. 174 players in the field including 24 visitors from around the country. Lovely to see several of our 9 hole members joining in and doing very well. Can’t beat having some fun with spot prizes and the generous sponsorship from the local stores and members.

For those of you who have not played the 11th hole recently please note that it is a compulsory drop off the new grass areas. Players can choose to drop off either to the left or to the right side, whichever they prefer.

Here’s to a successful years golf for each and every one of you.

Annan Law Saturday Men’s Club Day

As the Club is hosting the Omokoroa Open on Saturday and Sunday there is no Saturday Haggle this week. The 3rd round of the Summer Cup will be played in the haggle next week.

Good golfing to all those in the Omokoroa Open which hopefully will be played in fine weather. It is a full field with a number of top players and with prizes to the value of over $10,000, there is good incentive to do well.

Serious Reminder: We ask that you all be more vigilant with scanning for COVID-19 when you enter the Club. I for one have been very inconsistent with scanning in, but with the new dangers intend to be more disciplined henceforth.
